DeLush Roundtable: What is your fall style?
Now that fall has arrived, I've been changing out my wardrobe and changing up my beauty routine. As it gets colder, I end up making a lot of changes to my routine. I use deeper moisturizers for my hair and body. I have to exfoliate more often to keep my dry skin from getting flaky. Like I mentioned in my review for today (below), I change out my fragrance wardrobe and put all the really floral fragrances away until spring.
I will be giving you some recommendations for changes to your beauty routine and make-up from one of Bobbi Brown's make-up artists this week, but first, we'd like to hear from you.
What do you pull out for fall? Tell us about your fall style!

MY personal changes are:
matte lipstick
i LOVE dark burgundy nails
more intense eye color
also, i love more rich and complex fragrances in the fall.
i love the fall because i can get back to wearing blazers, coats and boots. i looooove boots!!
and i agree about the fragrance - i'm into the heavier scents anyway and the cooler weather gives me an excuse to wear some of my more exotic fragrances.
I also like to delve into warmer, less floral fragrances in the fall--current favorites are Bvlgari Black and Moschino Couture. I have a burgandy lipstick of some sort from L'Oreal that I picked up at Big Lots once for something on the order of $1.79--it's awesome when applied with a lip brush, because it stains my lips really well but doesn't bleed. Looks great with either warm, autumnal makeup shades or with more dramatic rosy cheeks/smoky eyes looks for going out.
But mostly, I love fall these days because I'm up north for three years (a nice change of seasonal palate from Texas) and get the chance to wear thick sweaters. Black, brown, grey....love them. As soon as it turns the corner to fall up here, I pull out drawer-fulls of sweaters and love the crap out of them. That is, of course, when I'm not lazing around in the ubiquitous hooded Michigan sweatshirt. Go Blue, and all.
The first red or yellow leaf that I notice is my signal to bring out my bottle of Clinique Simply. For some reason it smells like rotting pumpkins to me, which is strangely warm comforting.
Heavier hand and facial moisturizers definitely follow suit.
Fall definitely means turtlenecks, tweeds and red wine. All of these great things will be echoed in cosmetics choices, too. More greys, browns and camels on the eyes and deep plums, wines and russets on the lips. I LOVE FALL!
