Skin Tone: Medium fair with yellow undertones

Skin Type: Combination with somewhat oily t-zone and dry areas around the nose and chin which I need to be ever-vigilant about exfoliating (or the blackheads appear). I also have stubborn undereye darkness that definitely requires concealer.

Yes, yes....we know a big key is using a CLOSED curling iron, starting a few inches from the root and winding the rest of the section around the outside of the barrel. But there's another important part of this look - the styling product! If we can't get those curls to last, what's the point? For me, there are two absolute musts:

1- Something to reduce the effect of humidity on my hair. I like the Alterna Hemp Straightener a lot for that purpose. (http://hair.delush.com/2007/03/review-alterna-hemp-straighten.html)
