Keri's national dermatologist spokesperson and accomplished professional Dr. Jeanine Downie took some time to answer a few questions for DeLush readers!
I have been practicing dermatology for 10 years.
I see women repeat not using enough moisturizer. A non sticky moisturizer like Keri Renewal Milk Body Lotion is perfect to use at least twice a day.
Winter itch is related to the lack of humidity in the air which dries out the skin, hair and nails during the fall and winter months. The skin gets chapped and dry, and without proper lotion it can get very itchy.
I recommended using moisturizers like Keri hand Cream all year long. Many people need to reapply moisturizer more frequently during the winter months
The most effective method of exfoliation in the shower is to use a wash cloth, and not a loofah.
My personal favorite ways to pamper my skin includes using a humidifier, using lotion three times a day and using plenty of lip gloss.
