Jen's Experience: I've tried expensive department store moisturizers and other drugstore moisturizers, but I have never quite found the one for me. And normally, things that contain retinol turn my skin bright pink and cause more than a little tingle. But this one, I feel, is different - and better. I started using this about 8 weeks ago. Even during the first few days of use, I didn't have any problems with redness or irritation. In the morning, my skin always seems really soft, and I can tell in the shower that it is nicely moisturized. And my skin is definitely clearer since I've started using this.

Recently, this product even helped me through another round of poison ivy. Normally, if I am lucky enough to get any on my face, the redness lasts 3 weeks. I recently started using the Neutrogena Healthy skin moisturizer with AHA and have had great results - no irritation (though I don't have particularly sensitive skin) and lots of improvement.
