Jen's Experience: I have several of these eye pencils to coordinate with my Totally Delush Urban Decay Eyeshadows. The colors are so vibrant; a thicker, smudged out line is great for a night on the town. Another great look for super smoked out eyes is to wear a smokey layer of one of these great colors and layer a black eyeliner on top.
The colors are great, but they don't last as long as some of my other eyeliners, especially if you're conservative with your application. Use lots of layers for a more long-lasting effect. One more tip: the eyeliner pencils are pretty stiff when you first get them. Sharpening them will soften them up so that you not only get more concentrated color, you will also find the application easier.
