M·A·C Velvet Finish Eyeshadow in Slip Pink
What They Say: (about all of their shadows) "Highly-pigmented powder. Applies evenly, blends well." (about the Velvent finish shadow) "Soft look finish with high-colour intensity. Has a plush velvety look and feel."
Melissa's DeLush Downlow: (Click pic to see shade in greater detail.) This is an extremely soft shadow, perfect for blending and creating a smooth look. It has good staying power as well. In particular, this shade (Slip Pink) is an almost universally-flattering pink with the tiny hints of sparkle appropriate for women of any age and would be a practical addition to your springtime makeup bag. At post time, this shade is actually sold out on M·A·C's website. (Update: Thanks to the reader who alerted us that this is a limited edition shade, so you may have a difficult time locating it!)
